这本书有中译版，书名是《结构是什么》，微信读书里就有，有兴趣的社有可以对照阅读

好书，以后跟别人解释囚徒健身的经验推论就有材料数据做支撑了
肌腱的抗拉强度远大于肌肉(82Mpa/0.1Mpa)，所以力量跟看起来的肌肉关系不是很大，
