The differences between The Chinese dream and The American Dream
The American Dream: “Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness” Working hard will get you ahead, and allow one to become financially stable. You will be able to sit back and reap your rewards as your family prospers, and each generation becomes wealthier than the last, as a result of hard work, attained through going to college.Honestly, just picture the 1950s.
A formal definition:
“the ideal by which equality of opportunity is available to any American, allowing the highest aspirations and goals to be achieved.”
The Chinese Dream: The “Chinese Dream” has four parts:
1. Strong China (economically, politically, diplomatically, scientifically, militarily);
2. Civilized China (equity and fairness, rich culture, high morals);
3. Harmonious China (amity among social classes);
4. Beautiful China (healthy environment, low pollution)”
