The latest version of Collaborative Designer for SOLIDWORKS, R2023xGA, features enhanced integration with SOLIDWORKS Visualize and the ability to set Resolved Mode as the default.

New – Automatically Optimize Resolved Mode – open assemblies faster and be more productive.
You can turn on the Resolved Mode option to have your components and assemblies always open in Resolved mode, which opens components and assemblies faster. This new option is quite helpful as it also saves you the time from having to resolve components manually for properties such as mass and weight so you can easily visualize and work with large assemblies.

If you prefer you can still set up your system to manually toggle  Resolved Mode and Lightweight Mode.
