刚接到电话,管理培训生项目,培训完后去市场部做after sales service。我个人断断续续地在读一些论坛上自己找的一些书籍,但是一直没找到很契合的公司或者职位,当然自己的知识水平肯定还是很有限的。

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
* Assignments and measurement of progress will be the responsibility of the supervisor. You will be expected to contribute to the division's objectives, emphasis will be on demonstrating skills and experience in objective setting, project planning, deadline responsibility, budget and cost control as well as implementation and follow-up methods.
* Represent the final work assignment phase for employees who have completed the Marketing Orientation Program and have demonstrated readiness for field placement after three or more years. You will lead meaningful work within your division supporting both field and senior staff. You will receive limited guidance and direction from the supervisor and other staff personnel in completing projects.
* Demonstrate the following skills by working within various divisions: Sales Development - Analyze and identify sales opportunities; develop product comparisons; review pricing practices, product improvement programs, new product information releases, competitive information releases, various communications media, etc; and make product presentations. Marketing Support - Analyze company's trade advertising as seen in news service articles, publicity and product literature. Assist senior staff in advertising campaign researching and field story development, understand company trademarks, etc. Become skilled at the development and execution of dealer sales seminars regionally or in Peoria involving product, application and salesman skills. Also assist in developing and producing sales support material on product, competition, application and support programs.
* Rotate through any of the above areas in your developmental phase and may be selected for special assignment at a dealer location to gain additional experience.
