朋友在某电梯行业知名外企做招聘工作,公司现在电气设计和机械设计工程师职位需要招人,委托我帮忙发个英雄帖。
电梯行业知名外企,欧美企业,薪资具有竞争力,福利待遇不错,是一个不错的平台。
地点昆山,有班车每天来回苏州、上海、昆山。

Position: Escalator Mechanical Engineer 机械设计工程师
Location: Kunshan China 机械重工行业做机械设计
OVERALL OBJECTIVES:Complete mechanical design work of R&D projects.
— Responsibilities and key activities
• Create solutions to fulfill product development demands, and complete mechanical design work of R&D projects
为产品开发需求提供解决方案,完善研发项目的机械设计工艺
• Create / Manage technical documents and drawings according to company standards
根据公司标准建立和管理技术文件和图纸
• Support other mechanical design engineers in day-to-day design issues.
支持其他技术设计工程师解决每日设计问题
• Participate in R&D related functionality and reliability test work.
参与研发相关实用性和稳定性测试工作
• Technology support for related departments, such as factory, quality, cost, etc.
相关部门技术支持,如工厂,质量,成本等;
• Support to create solutions in full chain thinking for continue improvement after product Release
产品发行后在整个生产链条的思维角度提出持续改进思路。
• Participate in and assist to the project design work such as finding quickly solution for feedback.
参与并协助项目设计工作如尽快发现解决方案及时反馈
— Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
本科或以上,机械工程相关专业
• 3-5 years concrete experience of mechanical design work with machinery of certain complexity, experience in elevator/escalator industry is preferred.
3-5年机械设计工作相关经验,最好电梯或扶梯相关经验
• Good English skill of oral and writing.
良好的英文技能说和写作
• Be proficient in Pro/E, AutoCAD and Office software.
高效运用Pro/E,CAD和office办公软件。
• Team player with high degree of integrity; highly motivated, innovative and initiative forward thinking and task driven.

PCM-productchange management(产品设变管理工程师-电气)
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
- Manage the existing escalator product platform throughout the lifecycle;
- Create technical design concepts and implement using standard tools/templates;
- Execute problems solving actions to respond quickly to issues in business processes;
- Create/maintain and provide correct design data for project & stakeholder collaboration.
1.管理现有自动扶梯产品平台整个生命周期;
2. 使用标准工具/模板创建技术设计的概念;
3. 快速响应业务流程问题执行解决问题;
4.创建/维护,为项目提供正确的设计数据和利益相关者的合作。
- Provide solution proposal on component/assembly level, and complete design work independently;
- Manage design change implementation work, by coordinating with other functions globally, and following company’s process and requirements;
- Participate product development project, and complete allocated tasks;
- Participate daily technical support work, and solve problems with guide from senior.
- Hands-on work in factory, lab, and traveling to site, for trouble shooting, and technology support.

Requirement
EDUCATION
- Degree: B. Sc or above.
- Preferred major: Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
- Professional user of AutoCAD for wiring design, Eplan, and also familiar with other usual office software;
- Design knowledge in areas like, electric driving system, complex machine controller, EMC, CSA / UL certification, etc., is a plus.
- Good communication and coordination capabilities, and good team player;
- Fluent in English, oral and writing;
- Good time management skills;
- Knowledge of SAP use is a plus.

EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 years of product design/development experience in industrial branch, and experience in escalator/elevator industry is preferred (but not mandatory). Candidates with 5+ years experience are preferred.
- Work experience in US company or with US team is preferred.
