大家好，我是2020年毕业的专转本应届生，专业机械设计制造及其自动化，学校是南京的二本。
之前大专毕业，近半年的时间，在一家制造厂做加工中心夹具设计。（本人动手能力强，走的时候老板给我画饼，说要提我做车间主任哈哈）

现在本科快毕业了，我的实验室老师推荐我考研去南航，我的想法是一边工作一边考研或者是工作几年后再考

(7)  Satisfy and coordinate development according to Product Engineering process (PEP) and Project Management Process.

应该是进不了，好一点的外企现在招聘应届基本只要研究生（设备岗也是）。
有的岗位虽说是硕士，本科都行，但是进面试的也全是硕士。。
楼上提到的宝时得，今年招聘研发也是硕士起步了。。
现在内卷化太激烈了，学历贬值太快。。。
