Job Description
1. Product design according to customer's requirements/按客户需求进行产品设计
2. Technical support for cross functions (Sales/Purchasing/Prototyping/Manufacturing/Quality)/为其它部门（销售、采购、样品、生产、质量）提供技术支持
3. Communication with lead plant for design related issues/与主厂沟通解决产品设计相关问题
4. Supporting on platform projects/支持平台项目相关工作
5. Supporting on localization/支持本地化项目相关工作
6. Create D-FMEA for new products/为新产品创建D-FMEA
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above in hydraulic engineering or mechanical engineering/ 获得液压或机械专业学士或以上学位
2. Experienced at hydraulic system/component design (product knowledge,design process, design tools)/对液压系统、零件设计有一定经验（包括产品知识、设计流程、设计工具）
3. Familiar with manufacturing of hydraulic products/熟悉液压产品的生产工艺
4. Good team work and good flexibility/有良好的团队意识和灵活的思维
5. Able to understand tasks correctly and complete on time/能正确理解并按时完成生产任务
6. Good English reading and communication skills/具有良好的英文阅读和沟通能力
7. Excellent at MS-office software/能熟练使用MS office办公软件
8. Ｅxcellent at AutoCAD and Pro/E/熟悉AutoCAD以及Pro/E等设计软件的使用
9. Willing to work on this position for at least 3 years/能够保持在本岗位上至少工作3年

Job Description
Mechanical Design Engineer Rrsponsible for E-Compressor ECU mechanical design and analysis, prototyping, verification and improvement. Work closely with other team members from all over the world, including PM, HW,SW, Layout, Manufacturing, Suppliers, Quality Assurance departments in order to drive successful project and meet timing, cost and quality. Participating in regular design reviews in the SE team and provide constructive inputs. (1) Mechanical design for E-Compressor ECU incl. create 3D models, assembly drawings and component drawings of product design. (2) Conduct simulation, tolerance calculation, build prototype, conduct design verification and perform DFMEA and lessons learn. (3) Develop solutions under consideration of functional, performance, production and economic standpoints within the scope of specified concepts. (4) Overall responsibility for achievement of localization project objectives (cost, time, quality) and coordinate team with AE/EED, AE/ETE-CN (Technology), plant (Production), logistics, purchasing, supplier and act as interface to customer teams in China. (5) Support other engineer to optimize design guideline, maintain mechanical knowledge database. (6) Manage project risks & Lead problem solving activities. (7) Satisfy and coordinate development according to Product Engineering process (PEP) and Project Management Process. (8) Tracking & monitoring of project progress (budget, resources, time and quality).
Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master degree, major in mechanical-electronic, electronic, automation or automobile engineering - System development experience in similar area of electrical drive ECU - Plastic molding, stamping, plating process and tooling - Complex connector & terminal design for automotive industial - Leading global mechanical design team

Job Description
• Uses machine prints, sketches, schematics, diagrams, safety codes, manuals, and manufacturer's handbooks for troubleshooting, building, repairing, etc.

• In charge of the statistic,maintenance of certain equipments related spare parts, fixture, gauge and tool sets

• According to maintenance plan, participate the troubleshoot, maintence, service of certain equipments and keep complete record.
根据设备保养计划,参与相关设备的故障检查和维护,并完整填写相关记录.
• Participate the CIP workshop concerning related equipments and process to reduce the down time,C/O time and enhance the stability and OEE of them
参与相关设备和制程的CIP,减少设备的当机和换线时间,提高设备的稳定性和OEE
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area; performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- 工程/电子类大专毕业
- 三年以上制造行业工作经验
- 熟悉产品以及生产工艺
- 懂计算机操作,会使用Excel, Word
